Clinical Psychologist and Director of The Holding Space
MPsyc(Clin), PGDipPsyc, BAPsyc
I am a clinical psychologist with over 8 years of experience and work with adults who want more than surface-level coping. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to openly explore and express yourself. I meet you where you are and respect your complexity as a human, working within your unique identity, lived experience, values, goals, and pace. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and compassionate, focussing on creating emotional safety and genuine human connection so that you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life and provide culturally informed, affirming care. I support individuals aged 16+ who are navigating recent or long-term/complex concerns - including anxiety, trauma, depression, relational challenges, life transitions, grief/loss, and self-esteem or identity related concerns. My practice extends beyond symptom management into helping people understand the deeper patterns shaping how they feel, relate and respond to life’s challenges. These include self-limiting or persistent emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and coping responses that may have once helped or protected you but now hold you back. Together we explore how these experiences and processes may be contributing to you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, with the aim of feeling more grounded and developing greater clarity, agency, and self-trust. My work helps individuals shift and maintain more beneficial patterns and coping, and is oriented towards facilitating meaningful, lasting change. In addition to therapy, I provide psychological assessments and reports. You don’t have to carry and figure it all out on your own. If you’d like to learn more or work together, I invite you to reach out via my website.
