Clinical Psychologist and Supervisor

Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m glad you’re here. I offer a space where you can feel seen, heard and understood. I believe meaningful change begins within a strong therapeutic relationship, where you can slow down, reflect and gently explore the experiences that have shaped who you are. As a human-centred and attachment-focused psychologist, I work collaboratively with individuals aged 16 and over, taking the time to understand your unique experiences, needs and goals. With over eight years of clinical experience, I have supported people through a range of emotional and psychological concerns. I have a particular interest in supporting people through anxiety, low mood, stress, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, as well as perinatal mental health, including the emotional experiences surrounding fertility, pregnancy and the transition to parenthood. My approach is attachment-informed and grounded in compassion, curiosity and authentic human connection. I draw on trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, inviting you to gently explore what you are experiencing, develop greater insight and build a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Together, we can work towards feeling more grounded, connected and able to navigate life with greater clarity and self-compassion. I also provide professional supervision for provisional and early-career psychologists. If you’d like to learn more or explore whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to get in touch via my website.
